Mr. Novy concentrates his practice in banking, corporate law, contracts and leasing, and commercial and residential real estate. He has represented several large banks and savings and loans in a variety of areas, including commercial loan transactions and negotiated credit agreements, real estate litigation (residential and commercial foreclosures) and regulatory matters. In addition, Mr. Novy represents several local developers of residential and commercial real property including condominium conversions.
