Mr. Novy’s practice centers on commercial litigation, contract law, outdoor advertising litigation, and state, local, and municipal law. He has a great deal of experience representing clients in a variety of forums, including State and Federal Trial Courts, the Illinois Appellate Court, and numerous local Administrative, Licensing and Zoning bodies.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Novy provided legal representation to many physicians, dentists, hospitals and corporations in professional malpractice actions, in Federal and State Courts as well as before local licensing agencies. Mr. Novy also served as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney, where he successfully argued before the Illinois Appellate Court and conducted numerous bench and jury trials.
